Registration Information

The Bridgewater Football League is proud to participate in the NJ Suburban Youth Football League League http://www.njsyfl.com/

  
Thank you for entrusting us with your son or daughter’s youth football or cheer experience. We take this responsibility seriously and will do our best to make sure everyone involved has a fun and memorable. We look forward to getting to know all of you in the coming year!

Required Documents - PLEASE READ!
Because of insurance liability requirements no child will be allowed to start practice without a completed Medical Emergency Consent form. See important information below:

The following is a list of all the required documents which must be furnished or completed by the first day of practice.

  • Proof of Reisdency in Bridgewater Raritan

  • Athletic Medical Profile Form: Must be filled in completely by Medical Professional.

  • BFL Consent and Conduct Form - for off-online registration ONLY.  If you are registering on line; you don't need to print a copy.

Media Release: When registering for our programs, the Guardian grants permission for the Participant(s) and Guardian(s) to be photographed and/or videotaped while they are participating in football and cheerleading during the Bridgewater Football League Season. The Guardian also grants permission for the photos and/or video depicting the Participants' and Guardians' image(s) to be used on the organization's website, content sites (i.e., YouTube.com, Shutterfly.com, Picasa.com), event and game programs, press releases, brochures and newspaper article(s).
